3.1 Elementary Observations

 In my "Intro to Educations" class we had the opportunity toobserve two elementary classes mine was 2nd and 3rd grade and I got to see how the students learn and how the teachers teach.Elementary school 1 = Mrs. Byars

  • I learned how she teaches her classes

  • I learned that she takes her students to another class so they can

compete against each other and they learn a lot easier.

Elementary school 2 =Mrs. Lovell

  • I learned that she has different classes come in/ she has different

class periods put into one big class period.

  • I learned that she really helps students with prefixes and suffixes

Something You Learned = Greatest Takeaway

I learned that I don't want to be at teacher for elementary students

because it's not what I want and mostly because I feel it's hard to deal

with younger students because they don't like to listen.

Conclusion

Over all I loved observing the students but I would never teach that

grade, it's just not for me but yet again teaching at all isn't for me

I just got put in this "Intro to Education" class and if I could get out I

would.

4.1 Middle School Observation with Mrs. Taylor

  Introduction Observing the middle school was fun and I got to visit kids that I knew or teachers who were my teachers or that I knew Middle School=Mrs.Taylor She is an amazing teacher She makes it easy for her students to understand what their working on and how to do it but mostly she kinda hearted and a good teacher Something You Learned = Greatest Takeaway They are learning Genes, Dominant and Recessive Traits, and they do vocab sometimes on Gizmos. The students are very smart and they understand everything they're working on. Conclusion Over all I loved observing the students and working with Mrs.Taylor, I loved teaching the students it was so much fun plus we all had a good time.

Jr.High Observations

I got to observe the Jr.High to see what they do in classes Jr.High 1 = Mrs.Robbins She mostly did fun projects that the students loved Her class was simple and easy but i feel like they should have done more in that class Jr.High 2 =H. Johnson She read stories and did english lessons Something You Learned = Greatest Takeaway I learned that teachers jobs aren't easy but they make the most out of them Conclusion Being a teacher is hard but if you really want to do it then do it.
